Tiffany’s coaching session started off by explaining what coaching meant and how its different from counseling and therapy. Tiffany asked me what I needed coaching on. I told her I needed help with feeling unstuck in my career. Tiffany created a supportive and empowering environment where I felt comfortable sharing my challenges. She quickly went into the actual problem, took my unorganized problem statement, and precisely organized my problem statement with the root cause, helped me come up with many actionable solutions; and I left the session feeling uplifted with 3 tangible next steps.

I am new to working in ministry and was somewhat prepared for challenges, but I became overwhelmed when they started piling up one after another. Organizational changes left me feeling uncertain and I was starting to have some regret from my decision to transition into my new role. I met Tiffany at a conference where she was a speaker. Her experience and the insights she shared were truly impressive.

We met and Tiffany gave valuable feedback and was incredibly encouraging, offering different perspectives rooted in scripture and stories from the Bible. She prayed for me and shared her own testimony, which deeply motivated me. While my situation isn’t perfect, Tiffany helped me to see things from a new angle and reminded me that I wasn’t alone.

Since then, she continues to offer support. Tiffany is an amazing woman of God, and her faith shines through effortlessly.

Frequently Asked Questions

The discovery call will occur over the phone. If we move forward with coaching services, they can be conducted virtually via a link provided by Tiffany. Sessions typically last 45 minutes.

No, you do not have to be a Christian, nor is there a desire to convert any clients to Christianity. Understand that the coach is a Christian and the expectation is that the client will respect her beliefs as she respects the client's. There will be no tolerance for religious, gender, racial or other prejudices. The coach desires to create a safe space for both parties.

Great question! Let's start with what coaching is not. Coaching is not a replacement for therapy or psychological services. In fact, many clients have a coach and a therapist. Coaches empower their clients to solve their problems in hopes of getting them to their ideal future. Coaches are not responsible for the outcomes or steps made by the client. The client is expected to take steps towards the goals they develop during their coaching sessions. Tiffany reviews this more in-depth during discovery calls.
